To be a great quarterback you must have good leadership skills. If you are a QB and have a hard time taking control in the huddle or acting as the leader of the offense, talk to your coach in private. Let him know that you want to be the best you can be and that leadership skills don't come natural to you. He'll respect you for it and he'll help you improve.
