Never under-estimate the importance of your job as a football coach. The kids that play for you look up to you and you hold the responsibility of making sure their lives are improved during the time period they are under your watch. Winning matters but it doesn’t matter as much as how you ultimately impact these kid’s lives. Teach them discipline, respect, toughness, courage and to have integrity.
