The Heavy Football is official size but at 30 oz, it weighs 2 times the official weight (which is 15 oz). Running backs use it for handoff drills, anti-fumbling, & on side kickoff recovery drills. Also great for snapping drills. The perfect weight to strengthen your snapping muscles and increase accuracy. Also great for short distance pass catching drills which simulate hard-thrown passes from a distance. This drill allows you to get twice as many catch repetitions as with normal distance throws.
